With so many artists that don't wish for others to use their art, it would be wonderful to know which ones actually do approve, or like, others to use their work as long as they are given proper, full credit for their usage?  I just saw this http://youareplz.deviantart.com/journal/22350451/ and started wondering because I have seen the little icon that says not to use... don't think I've seen the 'you are allowed' one around at all.  As a scrapping creator and photographer that is also part of the PSP/tagging community, it would be nice to know which artists don't have a problem with usage of their work, provided that proper credit is given.

Ok, I'm a little confused..... When I write in my own comment area, I can get the little emoticons to show up, however when I try to leave a comment in someone else's (either comment area or gallery), then I can't get the emoticon to show....  For example, I was trying to do the little "woot" smiley.  I tried to click on it and nothing.  So then I wrote in the actual little code and it came up just written out - it didn't "convert" it to the actual smiley. What am I doing wrong?  I tried to find an FAQ for them, but no luck.  I have used BB code and HTML smileys before but can't get them to work.  At first I thought maybe the user had the s
